We ship within Algeria and internationally. Delivery times vary by region. Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a tracking number via the contact information you provided. Nawa is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Due to the nature of our products (skincare), we do not accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
